Fall To Rise (2007)
 

Fall To Rise is about coming clean and surrendering my will to His so that He could give me the new life of joy and fullness in Him that I live today.  It’s about letting go of myself and returning home to my Savior in the midst of my pain and in my brokenness.  There I learned that life without Him is just dying slowly. It was also there that I found His Grace and Mercy and was able to forgive myself and let go of the shame, guilt and bitterness that I carried with me for a very long time.  I give Him all the glory for saving my life and I praise Him for all that He’s given me.  He has blessed me with the ways and means to finally complete this album and He has blessed me beyond what I could imagine with my beautiful wife, Sarah, my two sons, Isaiah and Jonah, and a life that’s filled with joy and peace as I walk with Him.

I hope you enjoy this album, but most of all, it is my prayer that anyone listening who is enduring similar trials and circumstances will make the choice to get closer to the One who brings peace and prosperity. There is always hope in Him and He loves you.  Perhaps when we’re waiting for Him, He’s really waiting for us.

This album is a step in a different direction and features a fairly stripped back acoustic driven sound that is way softer then Unruly Child and more in line with The Rembrandts, but in a more modern pop style.

It is a very well crafted and mature slice of melodic friendly music.
